We have a lot of photos but little other information about this panto. Our guess is that it was performed in February 1947 – Ellen George’s handwritten list of plays places it in 1947, but she wrote that list over 30 years later – although it could have been as performed as late as February 1949 or as early as December 1945. A version was also produced in January 1965. The cast included regulars Teddy Hollands, Jimmy Dean, Joyce Stacey, Colin George and Bill Loraine. |
