This, the first of many JB Priestley plays, was performed by the Society in 1948. The programme has not survived.
Studying the photos of contemporary productions, we can make a vague guess as to the cast but without any certainty. Taking the main photo above, our guess from left to right is as follows:

- Roland Tomalin (someone of that name appeared in the previous two plays, so we're guessing he was the son of Vernon Tomalin. He certainly looks like a relative.)
- Gladys Hollands (based on identifying her in other photos)
- Betty Pierpoint
- Vernon Tomalin (again, based on earlier photos)
- Joyce Stacey
- Teddy Hollands (we're pretty sure here, as he is attested in many plays from the 1930s to the 1970s)
