Sheridan’s classic 18th century comedy, which was taken to Edinburgh for the Players’ second venture to the Fringe (again using the trade name Jim Slips). This was the third time that the Players had performed this play, with a 27-year gap each time after productions in 1976 and 1949. Anne Finn played Julia Melville in 1976 and was one of the costumiers in this production. |
